Priority Health provides gas reimbursement to Medicaid members and other eligible individuals providing transportation for Medicaid covered medical services. To be eligible for gas reimbursement, the Medicaid member must be in the vehicle.

Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, if you wish to update your driver’s license information, insurance information, or payment information, simply submit another Driver Registration Form with your updated information.
